Hey yall, bad news, we are closing the site…
You will wonder “why?”, well, I don’t have the same passion for the band, Julia was kicked out, they are not in Hollywood Records anymore and seems there’s no news, so I’m pretty tired of nothing happening… so I think it’s the right decision.

Don’t get me wrong, Cherri Bomb is one of my favorite bands, and this wouldn’t change that.

Hope you enjoyed the site as much as I did, and feel free to download any content you want from the site, biographies, edits, photos…

The site will officially close next month.

Julia posted some messages in her Facebook page:

When I started Cherri Bomb five years ago, I envisioned something beautiful for this band. It’s unfortunate that I’m no longer part of it. Sadly, what has happened wasn’t my decision. I never imagined it ending up this way.

We had a great time, I’m proud of everything we accomplished: We got signed, made a great record, toured the world, and most importantly we found you guys! With that said, I wish the girls the best of luck.

To all of you that followed me through every step of my journey in Cherri Bomb, I can’t thank you enough for your loyalty and sweetness. Now we have an exciting new future to experience together.

I’ll definitely be setting my sights on bigger and better things ahead. I’ve got a bunch of new songs that I’m excited to share with all of you. I’m anxious to get back in the studio and see you all on the road. I hope you’ll be just as excited as I am about moving forward and being stronger than ever!

I’ve read ALL of the comments, messages, and tweets that you’ve sent to me during this transitional time. Your outpouring of support is so encouraging and I really appreciate it!

This is a new beginning. I promise i’ll be there for you, and I love you with all my heart.

How sad that after the band decided to move on without me, they got dropped by the label. It’s a shame it didn’t work out after all the hard work everybody put into this band.

Thank you Hollywood Records for everything you’ve done for us! My personal experience working with you guys has been nothing short of amazing!

And yes its true, Samantha Maloney quit being the band’s manager. But once again, I truly loved working with Sam and I can’t thank her enough for all the opportunities she’s given us.

I hope to work with both Hollywood and Sam again in the future!

Just wanted to address some rumors that have been going around and hopefully I answered some questions you all might’ve had.

Seems like this year is full of bad news. Gloria (Miranda’s mom) explained to us more stuff!

To the die hard Bomb Squad Street Team – Thank you so much for all of your positive support!

Here are the FACTS -

Yes, Julia is no longer with the band, Yes, Sam is no longer the Manager, Yes, we are no longer signed with Hollywood Records.

On the surface this may seem like all bad news, and although we do appreciate all of the work that they all did with and for the band, these are ALL things that are allowing us to move forward in the direction that we feel most passionate about. Those of you who REALLY know us – get it – there is no benefit for us to pretend that these events are positive if they were not.

With that said, we truly wish ALL of them the best of success and are over the moon excited about the opportunities in our path and the next phase for Cherri Bomb!

Some days ago, the girls posted a really sad message, Julia left Cherri Bomb.

Sometimes, things don’t end up the way we planned or hoped for. We are sorry to inform our fans and friends that Cherri Bomb has parted ways with Julia. Although this decision was extremely difficult, it gives us all the chance to seek out our individual creative paths.

We are thankful for the five years we have shared with Julia onstage and off and wish nothing but success to her in whatever road she chooses. The details of her departure are between us and Julia, please respect both her and Cherri Bomb with this difficult development and we hope you will be supportive and understanding to all of us.

It is not the first time that we have had to overcome adversity and probably will not be the last but we will always figure out a way to keep going and keep pushing forward. Most importantly, we will never change the passion we have for this band and the gratitude we have for the people we have met on this journey.

We have so many exciting things on the horizon and in development; writing new material, rehearsing a killer live show and putting the pieces back together. We will be playing with some temporary guest guitar players, some girls and some boys until we find the right fit for Cherri Bomb.

We want you to know that we love all of you and want to thank you for your support and being the best Bomb Squad ever.
